My friend and I had been told the Icelandic Hot Dog was an essential part of the Iceland experience. On our way to find one, we passed this field. The U turn was immediate. I jumped out of the car with my camera and poked it through a fence. The horse was backlit beautifully, the birds were flying high and the rugged background was filled with interesting shadows. Enough said.
